All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive your order within the guaranteed time (3 business days, not including orders made after 4:00PM and on weekends or public holidays).
- you receive the wrong item (Product to be returned at our cost and MUST be unused. Please do not open the product if it is wrong. Product must be returned within 7 days of purchase).
- you do not want the product you have ordered and received (but you must return the item at your cost and the item must be unused. Product must be returned within 7 days of purchase).
- you receive a damaged product caused by shipping process. (Product to be returned at our cost and MUST be unused. Please do not open the product if it is damaged. Issue to be reported immediately after receiving.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster / political violence etc).
